Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park covering 2,850sq km is an epic destination known for baobab forest, Tarangire River, landscapes and large population of Elephants in the Northern Safari Circuit. Tarangire is also known for over 450 bird species, predators as lion, cheetah, leopard, jackal etc.

Tarangire River is another feature of the park which supports wildlife existence in the park especially in dry season. Other species seen in Tarangire is lesser kudu, oryx, African wild dog, hyrax, impala, giraffes, wildebeest, baboons and tree climbing python.
